Continence Nurse - provides strategies and support to improve on or manage incontinence. Delivers group education on lifelong continence maintenance.

The District Nursing team can work with you and your family and other health professionals that are providing care (eg.Doctors, Physiotherapist, Dietitian).
Services can be provided to any area within our catchment Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. After hours, weekends and public holiday services are available depending on identified needs of individual clients.
