Catholic Healthcare Home Care Services - Northern Sydney
Providing clinical care when you need it most
There may be times when you will need help to get you back to full health or to manage a long-term illness. Having the right type of clinical care to assess your pain and keep you pain free is the top priority.
How we support you
Catholic Community Services provides clinical care that is either carried out by a registered nurse or under the supervision of a registered nurse or other professional, depending on the type of service you need.
The first step would be for us to carry out an assessment of your pain. We would then work with you to implement a plan to keep you as free from pain as possible. This could include a care and maintenance program, oxygen therapy and ongoing supervision or simply assistance with managing medication.
