Uniting AgeWell Strathdon Home Care Packages
At Uniting AgeWell (UA) our focus is on supporting older people to experience a sense of wellbeing, choice and independence at every age and stage of their lives; to feel valued members of their community; and to have easy access to the services they need to live the life they want. It’s what we call ageing well. UA Home Care Packages provide the support and services you need to remain living at home, safely and independently for as long as possible. Funded by the Australian Government, these packages can help you keep doing the things that are important to you, that bring you pleasure and help you stay connected to your community. Several levels of support are available and can assist people with either low level or high level care needs, including dementia. Level 2 packages are for people with low level care and support needs.

The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is a State Government organisation providing comprehensive health services to country West Australians.
WACHS spans 2.55 million square kilometres and is the largest country health system in Australia covering the whole of the State outside the metropolitan area.
Despite vast distances, WACHS provides health services to residents and visitors that include emergency and hospital services, population, public and primary health care, mental health, drug and alcohol services, Aboriginal health, child and community health and residential and community aged care services.
WACHS provides aged and community care services for older people across our communities, including aged care assessments, community care, residential aged care, subacute and acute care, and transitioning older people from hospital back into the community.
WACHS is a provider of CHSP services such as domestic assistance, personal care, meals and food services, and transport.
Bayside Care and Support - Bayside and Glen Eira City Councils
Bayside Care and Support is a Bayside City Council run aged care service offering home maintenance services to residents of Bayside or Glen Eira to help with minor repairs and household maintenance tasks aimed at improving safety in and around the home. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- installing and checking smoke alarms
- changing tap washers;
- replacing light globes;
- repairing sticking doors and gates.
- rail installation; and
- other minor houseld repairs
We are currently not accepting referrals for window cleaning and gutter cleaning.
