The Community Connect Gardening Program assists frail aged people, people with a disability and their carers in the Manly, Warringah & Pittwater local government areas, by providing an affordable gardening service and advice on how to plan an easy care garden. Please note this service does not currently provide lawn mowing. Due to over demand we are not able to continue with the lawn mowing service until further notice. This service is unsuitable for units or apartments.

Our Home Maintenance service provides minor household repairs that do not require the skills of a qualified trade’s person such as a licensed electrician or plumber. The service does not undertake tasks which are considered cosmetic repairs. Safety issues are a priority and tasks can include:
- changing light bulbs
- replacing tap washers
- installing smoke alarms
The service delivery team will contact you to organise a visit time and to discuss your service plan and fees.
This service is funded under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). There is a charge for the service (labour) depending on your income and additional cost for any materials. Brimbank do not do Gutter Cleaning Or Window Cleaning

Community Health Home Maintenance Services provide assistance to keep a client’s home in a safe and habitable condition. We can assist with installing special equipment – this may include putting a rail or other equipment in your shower or toilet.
