There are a variety of transport options available to help you keep connected to your community. The Transport Options Service can assist you with planning your transport needs. The service provides a central point of contact for information and advice regarding transport options available in our community. The service is available for all residents to access, however we specialise in transport options for residents that are unable to access transport or cannot access a private vehicle due to frailty, age, disability or geographic isolation. Our transport service is strictly linked to the social support group and healthy ageing programs we provide - e.g. day care programs, center based respite, home visiting, shopping, exercise and outings. We do not provide transport on a one to one basis or to medical appointments.

Care and Share at Trinity, Social Activities Group
Are you over 65 years, live in the South/East Metropolitan area and looking to meet new people while joining in with some fun activities? How about board games, scrabble, rummicubs, indoor bowls, bocce, conversation groups, memory games & quizzes, relaxation exercises, cards, bingo or listening to a guest speaker? Well, Care and Share at Trinity may be just what you are looking for. Care & Share at Trinity is a social activity group for people just like you. It can be awkward meeting new people, but not at Care and Share. Our staff ensures that everyone is welcomed and have the opportunity to join in the conversation and fun activities in a relaxed informal club style atmosphere. We aim to improve the general health/ wellbeing of all participants and be a place to meet and make new friends. There is also a delicious home-style 2 course lunch available.
Operational hours are: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9.30am to 2.30pm

Milang and District Community Care (MOSHCC)
A door to door community car and bus service available for transport to medical appointments both locally and in Adelaide and regular shopping in Strathalbyn. Transport can also be provided for hospital visitations, social activities and essential appointments when possible. Bookings are essential for all services and should be made at least 2 clear working days prior to your appointment.
