Our helpful and friendly volunteer drivers provide safe, enjoyable transport to appointments and other engagements that allow you to remain active and supported within the community.

Australian Unity's Aboriginal Home health team provides over 3000 Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander people with culturally tailored home health and care services. As one of Australia's largest home care services providers we are experienced in keeping you living healthy and well in the comfort of your own home.
With expertise in high quality healthcare our support team of nearly 400 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander team members, are dedicated to helping you achieve your lifestyle goals in a culturally tailored way. From a little bit of help around the home to nursing support, physiotherapy, podiatry, support to get ready for your day and much more. Community Transport Services Tasmania - Statewide
Community Transport Services Tasmania Inc. (CTST) is a state-wide community based not-for-profit organisation that provides affordable door-to-door community transport for the over 65s, and people with a disability.
We help our clients to continue living independently within their community by allowing them to continue to attend appointments such as regular visits to the doctor, trips to the shops or hairdressers or to events such as flower shows, concerts or sporting events.
Holdsworth Community
We provide affordable, accessible transport to residents who are unable to access public transport or private vehicle support. We operate Monday to Friday for medical (and other health related) appointments. And Saturdays for Social appointments in the Eastern suburbs area only.

Our Commonwealth Home Support Programme is tailored to assist you to remain living at home for as long as possible and to enable you to have choice and flexibility in the way that care and support is provided at your home

We provide transport to you to:
• attend social support-group activities in our center and to external venues
• conduct shopping
• attend medical appointments and pay bills
• indirect transport services including trips provided through vouchers.
We also provide other services:

• Domestic assistance
• Social Support Groups
• Meals
• Social Support individual
I addition we are an approved provider of aged care to deliver Home Care Package services.

Noosa Seniors
Transport services aim to assist client to continue with their usual activities, such as attending community groups or appointments with their general practitioner, enabling them to keep active and socially engaged. Volunteer drivers provide escort from your home to your appointment, wait for you and escort you back to your home. There is a cost for this service; charges vary depending on where you travel, this is discussed at the time of making the booking.
