Southern Plus, offers a broad range of health and wellness services to support older people to remain independent, living at home for longer and to truly enjoy life as they age.
These services include:
• Domestic Assistance – cooking, ironing, cleaning, gardening, home maintenance
• Personal Care – showering, dressing
• Nursing – wound care, medication management
• Allied health – Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry
• Respite – flexible services, day and overnight respite available
• Transport – shopping, appointments, social activities
• Social Support – individual or group activities

Bethanie Community Care- South East Metro
Bethanie can provide services under a range of government funded programs including Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Packages (HCP), or on a fee for service basis. The Bethanie team is trusted by clients and families to support them to age well in their homes and to remain connected to their community. Services can meet everyday care and clinical needs, such as nursing and therapy services, house cleaning, laundry, gardening, shopping, transport and home maintenance. Bethanie work collaboratively with clients to enable them to live active lives and pursue their interests individually or on a group basis. Respite services (either in or out of the home) are also available to assist carers with caring for themselves.
EPIS Newman
EPIS provides transport assistance to clients in leaving their homes and communities to attend day centres and other service providers also shopping assistance, banking, hospital, doctor appointments and to visit family and friends.
Redcliffe Community Bus for Disabled OR Aged Inc
Door to door group bus transport to Kippa-Ring shopping centre Mondays and Wednesdays, Redcliffe Library Thursdays and day outings to places of interest and entertainment on week days and Saturdays. Wheelchair modified buses available. Volunteer drivers and helpers. Membership based organisation.
