Resthaven Community Services - Northern (Gawler & Barossa)
Transport: working with you to determine and plan your transport needs. Transport (by licenced staff or volunteers) may be provided to assist you to continue participating in community life. This includes transport to the local shops, social groups, church, service clubs, medical and health related appointments, assistance to visit family and friends in the local area, and support to attend family or community events. Transport can also be provided to complement other services such as social support, shopping, personal care or allied health and therapy services.

Transport provided by RSB volunteers is available for people attending RSB's social groups. These groups are provided for people experiencing vision loss (vision which is not corrected by wearing prescription glasses). RSB's Social Support Individual service type is used for accompanied activities including those usually referred to as 'Transport'.

FEES: A CHSP Co-contribution charge of $5.00 is payable for each occasion of service.

Our Cottage Club, part of the AgeWell Centre in Mornington, is a vibrant and welcoming environment where weekly activities and outings enable older people to remain active and independent, living in their own communities and socially connected.
Our highly skilled team works closely with individuals and groups to help them achieve their personal goals.
The Cottage Club operates Monday to Friday, providing opportunities to meet new friends, try various activities, and give carers a break from their caring role.
