JCS Home & Community Support Services (CHSP)
JCS can assist with basic meal preparation and planning to help you remain independent in your home by working with you to undertake tasks you are unable to do yourself. These are tasks that are necessary to maintain healthy eating and good nutrition, particularly during periods of sickness or during recovery following surgery.
As part of our social inclusion and support programs, JCS also offers nutritious and culturally appropriate meals.
All services provided by JCS are reflective of the diverse needs of individuals and specifically have a focus on an “Active Choices Active People” model of service.
