Tallangatta Health Service's onsite dietician can provide advice regarding diet, meals/food information and carer support for meal preparation.
Our Health Care Workers can support you in your home to assist and prepare meals with you, giving you independence and confidence to cook meals. Staff can help you find recipes you may like and show you how to cook these meals.

Home and Community Care is a service to provide support to members of the community who are assessed as being:
Frail and aged persons with moderate, severe or profound disabilities.
Younger people with moderate, severe or profound disabilities.
Carers of these persons.
The HACC program assists people in the above target groups who need basic maintenance and support services to continue living independently in their homes and community with dignity.

Areyonga Home Care
Located 250kms West of Alice Springs, Areyonga Home Care Service hosts five Level 2 Home Care Packages, Home Support and NT Disability Support services.
Open 8am - 4pm, Mon - Fri
Services include: lunch, breakfast, personal care, transport, advocacy, domestic and social support, and some 'bush trips'. Other services can be negotiated with the Manager. Medication administration and other nursing-level services are not available.

The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is a State Government organisation providing comprehensive health services to country West Australians.
WACHS spans 2.55 million square kilometres and is the largest country health system in Australia covering the whole of the State outside the metropolitan area.
Despite vast distances, WACHS provides health services to residents and visitors that include emergency and hospital services, population, public and primary health care, mental health, drug and alcohol services, Aboriginal health, child and community health and residential and community aged care services.
WACHS provides aged and community care services for older people across our communities, including aged care assessments, community care, residential aged care, subacute and acute care, and transitioning older people from hospital back into the community.
WACHS is a provider of CHSP services such as domestic assistance, personal care, meals and food services, and transport.
