Campbelltown Meals on Wheels is a non for profit organisation that is funded by the Federal Government which provides services to the local community.
We offer an extensive variety of nutritious meals in two sizes; regular meals or mini meals. All meals are freshly cooked snap frozen meals. We also offer soups, snack packs, sandwiches, breakfast, deserts and juices.
We can deliver on a day that suits, Monday to Friday between 9am - 11am to your door, by one of our dedicated and trained team of volunteers. The Volunteers provide wellbeing checks and a social connection.
We take pride in our high standard of meals, services and the support we give to the valued people in our community.

Meals on Wheels SA-Yankalilla
Meals on Wheels SA supports people to remain well-nourished and live independently in their homes.
We deliver fabulously fresh, three-course meals packed full of flavour! Meals can be hot/ready-to-eat or frozen depending on your needs. Special dietary or medical requirements (e.g., Gluten-Free, Texture Modified) can be catered for – these may require a referral from your Doctor or Health Professional.
Our team of friendly volunteers personally deliver meals to customers’ doorsteps on weekdays between 11.15am-1.30pm. We also offer daily wellbeing checks as an exclusive and personal touch.
In addition, we provide home and group services such as cooking and food safety lessons, social dining experiences and Allied Health services.
Anyone who is experiencing difficulties with cooking and/or shopping can access Meals on Wheels. You may be eligible for Government subsidies via the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Packages. Private customers are also very welcome.
Walcha Council Community Care
Walcha Council Community Care Meals on Wheels Service provides hot meals 5 days a week delivered at lunch time, as well as frozen meals delivered for the weekend. Volunteers delivering the meals provide regular social contact and a friendly check to make sure all is well for each client. An assessment is undertaken before receiving a meal however a referral from a GP is not required. For clients that live remotely on rural properties, there is the option of receiving frozen meals which can be delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

WACHS spans 2.55 million square kilometres and is the largest country health system in Australia covering the whole of the State outside the metropolitan area.
Despite vast distances, WACHS provides health services to residents and visitors that include emergency and hospital services, population, public and primary health care, mental health, drug and alcohol services, Aboriginal health, child and community health and residential and community aged care services.
WACHS provides aged and community care services for older people across our communities, including aged care assessments, community care, residential aged care, subacute and acute care, and transitioning older people from hospital back into the community.
WACHS is a provider of CHSP services such as domestic assistance, personal care, meals and food services, and transport.
