Nepean Food Services offers frozen meal delivery to Warragamba and Silverdale clients on a weekly basis. Meals deliveries happy on a Friday weekly. Meals range in price from $7.10 for a Main Meal and a Mini Meal is $5.30 per meal. We have a variety of meals, snack items, breakfast items and desserts to cater to all tastes. We have a comprehensive menu available and accept order via our website as well. We ask that there is 48 hours notice if possible for online orders to make sure that we have all meal items in stock. Parramatta Food Services delivers nutritionally balanced and culturally diverse meals that are suitable for most dietary requirements straight to your door. Our packages include a frozen main meal, dessert, and juice. Soups are also available. Meals are delivered on Tuesday through to Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 11am on any day of your choice. The deliveries are performed by our trained volunteers who are committed to our local community. Parramatta Food Services also offers a Social Lunch Program which is designed for customers who have dementia and require extra support at meal times. Customers are linked with a volunteer to enjoy lunch and friendly conversation together in the customers own home. The Program ensures customers receive adequate nutrition, social contact and that any issues which may require extra attention are identified. We add real value by increasing social and communicative interactions and reducing loneliness.

We offer menu choice & can cater for special diets,vegetarian, gluten free, soft & puree. Clients choose from a large menu of over 100 items - soups, small meals, regular meals, desserts, sandwiches, salads and extras such as fruit juice, bread roll and wine.
Our objective is to provide people who use our services with choice, control & relevant affordable services which meet their needs. We are supporting people to remain living in their own home whilst supporting wellness & reablement.
We deliver meals, hot or frozen, in the Holbrook town area Sunday to Friday between 11.45am and 1pm.

Hot or Chilled meals available 5 days per week. Frozen meals provided to cover weekends & public holidays. Bulk frozen meal packs available . Accredited "Halal" Food provider. Multi- cultural menu. "Meal" consists of main meal, dessert, fruit. $8.00 current meal cost. Sandwiches, soups, juices also available. Delivery by friendly & caring volunteers between 10.30am and midday. In Parkes town area we provide a hot meal Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays delivered between 12pm and 1.30pm to your home by volunteers.
Frozen meals are delivered to your home by arrangement with our staff, you have the choice from 60 frozen meals, sweets/desserts and soups.
Community Restaurants are held monthly.
Volunteers provide a social and well being check each time they visit a client.
We deliver fortnightly frozen meals to Peak Hill, Bogan Gate, Alectown, Trundle and Tullamore. Frozen meals are delivered to Parkes Clients Monday to friday. Hot meals are delivered daily from the MPS in Peak Hill, Trundle and Tullamore.

The 4 City of Marion Neighbourhood Centres offer a variety of social groups, lunches, men's groups, activities, information sessions, culturally specific groups (Italian, Greek, Polish, Persian, Café 94), exercise classes (for all fitness levels) and transport.
