Podiatry available at Durri Aboriginal Corporation Medical Service 15- 19 York Lane KEMPSEY NSW 2440 The MNCLHD Hastings Macleay Podiatry service targets care towards the prevention or treatment of high risk foot pathologies including ulcers, wounds and diabetic foot complications. Referrals to this service can only be made by your GP, Specialist, Diabetes Educator or Community Nurse (MNCLHD). The Podiatry service does not provide routine nail care or treatment for minor foot complaints such as corns or callus.
Podiatry clinics operate through the Community Health centres located at Port Macquarie, Kempsey, Laurieton, Wauchope and South West Rocks. A targeted Indigenous clinic is offered in conjunction with Durri AMS at Kempsey.

Our dietitians and exercise physiologists can provide you with specialist advice and support on managing your diet and exercise to improve your overall health and well-being. This can be done on a one to one basis or with a group.
Our podiatrists can work with you to improve your mobility and strength, allowing you to be more independent and participate more in your community. Our podiatrists will assess your gait and factors that will affect your mobility and discuss a plan to enable you to maintain or enhance your mobility.

Our Community Health & Wellness services focus on rehabilitation and prevention. Consultations are available onsite at our awarding winning Carmelite Community Health & Wellness Centre in Myrtle Bank or The Philip Kennedy Centre Community Health & Wellness Centre in Largs Bay, and direct to the client’s home via a clinician visit or Telehealth. Southern Cross Care offer a wide range of allied health and therapy services including physiotherapy, accredited exercise physiology, occupational therapy, social work, dietetics, podiatry, registered nursing and massage therapy. Our experienced friendly team will work together with you to get you onto your best health pathway using our range of specialised programs for physical, social and mental health, group exercise or one to one therapy, and chronic condition management. In addition, our Occupational Therapists can offer a range of home safety options to keep you safe and living in your home for the future.

Allied Health Services Northern Health
Northern Health CHSP allied health services aim to enhance the independence of frail aged people living in the community. These services specialise in the management of clients presenting with:
- Chronic or progressive neurological conditions such Motor Neuron Disease, MS, Parkinson's Disease, Stroke
- Falls, mobility and balance issues
- Chronic Pain
- Dementia
- Chronic disease management - including pulmonary disease, diabetes
We provide services at our centre or the client's home.
Services available include - Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology and Podiatry.
At present we have long waitlists for both Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy. We are only accepting the following types of referrals for these disciplines:
- Clients with MND
- Palliative Care clients with no links to community Palliative Care
- Referrals that have been initiated from Northern Health Services
- Active Pressure Care issues (OT only)

cohealth’s health services can help you maintain your life at home. We can provide better care when we can work with you to coordinate a range of services to support your recovery and wellness.
We tailor and coordinate a Care Plan with you. It is designed to meet the needs identified through your My Aged Care assessment. Your Care Plan will include a range of cohealth services or other services in the community.
