Many of the group programs available are fitness or exercise groups that suit a variety of fitness levels and experience. Friendly and experienced staff including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Exercise Physiologists, Speech Pathologist and Massage Therapist, work with people to develop an individual program, tailored to their preferences, which support great health outcome. Participating in the Wellness Programs brings benefits that include: feeling in control of your health, having more confidence, meeting new people and having fun.

Uniting Communities’ Health Access offers Allied Health services promoting wellness and reablement to support you to maintain your physical, cognitive and social health and wellbeing to enable you to continue living at home, in your community as independent and active as possible. We offer a range of services: Physiotherapy, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Home Safety Assessments, Equipment advice, Podiatry, Hydrotherapy, Arthritic Hand Group, Cognition groups including Brain Gym and Active Brain Group plus many exercise groups: Falls/Balance Class, Strength Class, Pilates, Easy Movement for Active Ageing and Chi Ball. We tailor activities to support the individual and their needs.

Bethanie can provide services under a range of government funded programs including Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Packages (HCP), or on a fee for service basis. The Bethanie team is trusted by clients and families to support them to age well in their homes and to remain connected to their community. Services can meet everyday care and clinical needs, such as nursing and therapy services, house cleaning, laundry, gardening, shopping, transport and home maintenance. Bethanie work collaboratively with clients to enable them to live active lives and pursue their interests individually or on a group basis. Respite services (either in or out of the home) are also available to assist carers with caring for themselves.
