Movement & Strength Programs improve your ability to do daily tasks. Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists from Link Health & Community will need to first assess you and can then support you with an exercise program tailored just for you. The programs will increase your muscle strength, improve bone density and reduce your fracture risk as well as improve your flexibility and balance.
