Vision Australia provides a full range of services and supports to people who are blind or have low vision. Our services support you with techniques for reading including use of computers; advice and training to remain independent in the home and with personal care, and training on strategies to help move about safely and accessing public transport and more; and services to help you connect with others.

Vision Australia’s occupational therapists provide advice, recommendations, demonstration or training on strategies on grooming, maintaining health and fitness, clothing care and management, management of medication, identification of money, telephoning skills; preparing meals and safety etc.

We have a range of education programs for people of all ages and their carers to assist in managing wellbeing and health. Out compassionate and experienced team can also provide advice on aids and home modifications

There is currently a 5 month wait for OT services. Please speak to clients about the wait prior to making a referral.

cohealth’s health services can help you maintain your life at home. We can provide better care when we can work with you to coordinate a range of services to support your recovery and wellness.

We tailor and coordinate a Care Plan with you. It is designed to meet the needs identified through your My Aged Care assessment. Your Care Plan will include a range of cohealth services or other services in the community.

Remember to ask for cohealth services when you contact My Aged Care. We are here when you are ready to start planning your care.
