Restorative Care. Up to 5 sessions with physiotherapist at St Marys, Parramatta, South Penrith, St Clair and Glenmore Park. There are a small number of home visit packages available. The cost per session is $15 for a clinic visit and $25 for a home visit. Must have a Pensioner concession card or Low Income Health Care Card. Subsidised transport is available via Gilgai Individual Transport Program. Gilgai Aboriignal Centre uses Centrepay for collections. If you have an individual government package, the rules of Commonwealth Home Support Program require that the package be charged the package rate.

We provide flexible and reliable aged care services to people living in Cairns and the Cassowary coast. We understand that our clients want to live at home and we are dedicated to working with you to achieve this. Our model of service delivery is flexible and responsive and we can support you to access social, recreational and developmental opportunities while still encouraging carers to continue in their role. We provide routine access to Physiotherapy, Podiatry and an Exercise Physiologist (Hydrotherapy and Exercise Gym).

The primary goal of occupational therapy is to enable people to participate fully in the activities of their everyday life. It does this by using specific activities to enable people to do things that will enhance their ability to participate or by modifying the physical environment to better support participation.
Community occupational therapists help their clients and their carers cope with demands, adapt to tasks, and overcome challenges in their everyday lives. They do this by using a person's usual daily activities and tasks in a therapeutic way. Review activities of daily living which are required to stay at home independently and safely, for example: falls prevention assessment and intervention, review of home modifications e.g. grab rails, ramps; assessing equipment needs in the home e.g. shower chairs, wheelchairs, toilet aids, transfer aids. Specialist services include pressure area management. Interpreters are available if required.
