ECH Western Living Well
ECH’s Living Well Program provides individualised support to older people living in the community who may be socially isolated by assisting them to increase their involvement in the community, take up new interests or reclaim past interests which can assist in optimising well-being. This could include things like joining community groups, attending social events, accessing volunteering opportunities or participation in exercise programs. Over a 12-14 week period participants will explore options for engaging in the local community and for enhancing their independence in ways that are of personal interest to them in conjunction with an ECH Living Well Consultant. The Living Well Program is open to older people aged 65 years and over who live in eligible council areas. Fees are generally minimal and fee reductions can apply depending on individual financial situations..
