Consultations are available in our new onsite clinic or direct to the clients home and including physiotherapy, exercise and occupational therapy. Our experienced friend team will work together with you to get you onto your best health pathway using our range of specialised programs for physical and mental health, fitness and chronic condition management. In addition our Occupational Therapists can offer a range of home safety options to keep you safe and living in your home for the future.

Lymphoedema is no longer being provided through CHSP services. Referrals can be made through he follow pathways. Sent to Monash Specialist Consulting via fax (03) 9594 2273 or email outpatient_enquiries@monashhealth.org.
