Courtlands Aged Care in North Parramatta offers round the clock nursing care within a vibrant garden estate in Sydney’s west. Our experienced and compassionate team cater for residents with differing needs, including those with mobility, feeding and dressing difficulties, along with more complex needs such as dementia care. We prioritise the physical, emotional, social and spiritual health of all our residents through our comprehensive clinical, therapy, and Wellbeing programs. Our Chefs provide freshly prepared meals cooked at each Home using seasonal produce and serve a variety of tasty dishes. Our Village is set among magnificent, landscaped grounds and gardens, and is close to the heart of Parramatta and Lake Parramatta Reserve. We understand everyone has individual needs, so our Home has four dedicated areas within the Village that cater for the different care requirements of our residents.

Emmaus provides friendly, homelike care in spacious accommodation. A reserve with a natural lake and wetland provides prolific bird and animal life, which can be enjoyed along the walking path that travels the perimeter of the grounds. 24-hour care is delivered at Emmaus by our qualified and experienced care teams. Delivering care to 116 residents, accommodation is made up by a combination of single rooms, some with shared ensuites and some with individual ensuites. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. Residents have a choice of menus with all meals prepared by St Agnes’ Food Services.

Regis Magnolia is located at the beautiful base of Mount Tamborine on the Gold Coast. We’re surrounded by generous green space with stunning views of the Upper Coomera nature reserve. At the heart of Regis Magnolia are our activities. Our modern aged-care amenities include a Clubhouse, courtyard, library, day spa, onsite café and outdoor BBQ entertaining area. Our plentiful open spaces are perfect for residents who want to spend time in our well-kept gardens. We also offer outdoor covered seating areas where residents can relax with family and friends on warm Gold Coast days. We understand that everyone has personal preferences. Whether our residents are in the mood for games with others, need quiet time with a much-loved book or would prefer some pampering– we have space for everyone’s needs. Our residents also have regular bus outings that include day trips, picnics and concerts.

Premier Health Care took over this home in April 2018. Situated in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide, this home offers Residential Aged Care with single rooms and ensuites, and some combined rooms suitable for couples wishing to reside together. The home offers a number of shared living spacious, courtyards, hairdressing salon, and a dynamic lifestyle program. For residents requiring dementia care, there is a secure Memory Support Unit. Following a significant refurbishment, the Daintree, Cedars and Acacia wings offer all single rooms with ensuites, beautifully furnished with luxury fittings, furnishings and curtains hand-picked by the Group's Interior Designer. There is also a private bus for excursions.
