Marco Polo Aged Care Services began as a joint venture between Marco Polo Retirement Village and Uniting Church Australia Property Trust (NSW)in 1989. Effective as of the 31st March 2008 the joint venture dissolved and Marco Polo Aged Care Services LTD became the approved provider (under the Aged Care Act 1997) of Marco Polo Unanderra Nursing Home, Cordeaux Lodge and 10 Italian specific Community Care Packages.
Our wonderful new facility Marco Polo Woonona Care Services is now open.

St John's
Set in the stunning regional city of Wangaratta in North East of Victoria, with the snow fields and award winning wineries, historic towns and villages, and the stomping ground of infamous Ned Kelly at the doorstep, lies St. John’s Village. First established in 1969 by the Anglican Diocese of Wangaratta and community spirit, the first hostel for approximately 30 residents, was built. Over the ensuing years St. John’s has grown to accommodation 146 ageing in place rooms and 184 independent living units making it one of the largest Aged Care Facilities in the North East.

Estia Health Victoria Heights
Estia Health Victoria Heights is a welcoming home in the suburb of Ironbark. Close to the RSL, shops, hospital and public transport and situated on the corner of Victoria Street and Bennett Street, it’s a short walk to our Estia Health Bendigo home, providing a choice of care to the local community. Residents enjoy views of the city, cathedral or the home’s courtyards from the three spacious living areas, while enclosed atriums throughout the home fill it with natural light. Daily activities are tailored around residents’ interests and include regular church services in the onsite chapel, exercise groups, cooking classes and visits from community entertainers, as well as a calendar of multicultural events. Rooms are single with ensuite or shared bathrooms and many offer views of the courtyards and gardens that surround the home.
