CHSP Services
UnitingCare Wesley Bowden Incorporated
UnitingCare Wesley Bowden (UCWB) is a metro wide provider of in-home services for both Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Package (HCP) level services.
UCWB’s Individual Social Support Programme is performed by both Volunteers and fully trained Care Workers dependant your needs. UCWB can assist you to access the community (transport provided) to manage your everyday tasks such as the household shopping tasks, attending medical appointments, bill paying or visiting the home for companionship.
UCWB Volunteers are also available to call you should you be feeling lonely and isolated as a result of the Covid pandemic.

We have qualified staff to support you in accompanying you to participate in community life either within the home environment or accessing external activities.
