We offer support with everyday activities like personal support, cleaning and gardening, as well as health care services delivered by qualified professionals, such as nurses, physiotherapists and podiatrists.
Our friendly and dependable team will take the time to get to know you and tailor a support program to suit your individual needs. You’ll have a choice of team members to assist you and they will work with you as part of your expanded support team.

Our staff and volunteers deliver high quality individual social support to support frail older people through the delivery of individual social support, to maximise their independence in their home and in the community.
People eligible for this service are people with a disability (PWD) (65 years and over or 50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people).
We offer a range individual visits, accompanied shopping and outings to assist people enjoy each day, to make and maintain friendships, which also allows carers to take a break from their usual caring responsibilities.

Capital Region Community Services (CRCS) provides a range of support options to people who are living independently in the community. We work with individuals in assisting to develop a tailored care plan that is client focused. We can provide information and appropriate referrals to relevant agencies. Our services include a range of "in home" supports such as domestic assistance, personal care, social and shopping support, gardening and minor house maintenance. CRCS has it's own trained support workers that will assist you.

Assistance provided by a companion (paid worker) to an individual, either within the home environment or while accessing community services, which is primarily directed towards meeting the person's need for social contact and/or company in order to participate in community life. Social support includes: visiting services, telephone and web-based monitoring services, other technologies that help connect older people to their community (e.g to assist people with sensory impairments or those living in geographically isolated areas) and assisting the person through accompanied shopping, bill paying, attendance at appointments and other related activities.
Social support is usually provided one-on-one but may also be provided to more than one person, for example, where social support is provided to an aged couple.

We have social groups for men, focused on keeping them socially engaged while enjoying activities at our centres or within the local community.
Social activities - individual and group Social support assists clients to participate in community life and feel socially included through companionship and activities in their local communities. These activities can be group based at one of our centres or community excursions or individual support to complete shopping and bill paying activities.
