Our services can support carers through respite programs and education programs to assist with managing the needs of the person they care for. Carer support programs and services
are designed to give relief to carers by offering support when and where it is needed the most.
Men's group
We have social groups for men, focused on keeping them socially engaged while enjoying activities at our centres or within the local community.
Social activities - individual and group Social support assists clients to participate in community life and feel socially included though companionship and activities in their local communities. These activities can be group based at one of our centres or community excursions or individual support to complete shopping and bill paying activities.

Social Support - Individual is assistance provided by a companion (predominantly volunteer support) to an individual, either within the home environment or while accessing community services, which is primarly directed towards meeting the client's need for social contact and/or company in order to participate in community life.
Armidale Care for Seniors Individual Social Support
Individual support to clients to assist them to maintain their independence within the community.
Services include shopping assistance, transport to appointments, home visiting, coffee/lunch club or going to special events.

Belong Blue Mountains Social Support Services
Belong Blue Mountains proudly provides individual social support under the CHSP program, delivered by local staff and volunteers who know and care about our community. Our friendly team offers one-on-one support to help older people stay connected, active, and engaged—whether it’s through companionship, assistance getting out and about, or encouragement to join local activities. We focus on promoting social wellbeing, independence, and safety, with services tailored to each person’s needs. As a local provider, we’re committed to building trusted relationships and making sure every interaction feels personal, respectful, and supportive.

Denmark MPS
The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is a State Government organisation providing comprehensive health services to country West Australians.
WACHS spans 2.55 million square kilometres and is the largest country health system in Australia covering the whole of the State outside the metropolitan area.
Despite vast distances, WACHS provides health services to residents and visitors that include emergency and hospital services, population, public and primary health care, mental health, drug and alcohol services, Aboriginal health, child and community health and residential and community aged care services.
WACHS provides aged and community care services for older people across our communities, including aged care assessments, community care, residential aged care, subacute and acute care, and transitioning older people from hospital back into the community.
WACHS is a provider of CHSP services such as domestic assistance, personal care, meals and food services, and transport.
