BlueCare Social Support
Carers Support
Our BlueCare services can support carers through respite programs and education programs to assist with managing the needs of the person they care for. Carer support programs and services are designed to give relief to carers by offering support when and where it is needed the most.
Men's group
We have social groups for men, focused on keeping them socially engaged while enjoying activities at our centres or within the local community.
Social activities - individual and group Social support assists clients to participate in community life and feel socially included though companionship and activities in their local communities. These activities can be group based at one of our centres or community excursions or individual support to complete shopping and bill paying activities.

Uniting Communities Home Support Services - Multicultural
When you decide that you need some support at home, Uniting Communities’ home support team is here to help you to maintain your independence, health and wellbeing.
We offer a range of support, and our supportive and reliable team will help you to determine the best type of support which can include social activities, for example we run community social groups to give you the chance to make new friends, try new things and go on excursions, and can arrange for a volunteer to regularly visit you and offer friendship and companionship. If you have specific needs we will put in place support tailored for you – for example, wherever possible, we will try to match you with a carer who can support your cultural and language needs.
