WACHS provides aged and community care services for older people across our communities, including aged care assessments, community care, residential aged care, subacute and acute care, and transitioning older people from hospital back into the community.
WACHS is a provider of CHSP services such as domestic assistance, personal care, meals and food services, and transport.
Brightwater Commonwealth Home Support Program South West
Everyone is entitled to a fun and fulfilling life.
Lack of transport, support, mobility, or companionship can make it hard to live an active life. Your Brightwater care worker can help you get involved with the community again, or just be by your side while you enjoy a change of scenery.
Visiting friends, seeing the ocean, ticking your to-do list, or taking up a new hobby – whatever you’d like to do, we’d like to do too.
With Brightwater by your side, you can be your best at home.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we provide solutions for residential aged care, disability support, retirement living and at home services. From our holistic health and support team, to our innovative in-house Research Centre, care is at our core.
