However, daily personal hygiene and grooming tasks can become difficult with age, or if you are recovering from an injury, living with a disability, or managing an illness.

That’s why we provide a range of Personal Care services to support you to live healthily, happily and safely in your own home.
Our services support a wide range of situations and dependencies and provide the most appropriate care while maintaining individual independence and dignity.
Our Personal Care services include:

• Showering
• Dressing
• Personal grooming
• Medicine prompting and self-administration
• Toileting
• Mobility & hoist transfers

Our Personal Care service aims to provide clients assistance with their daily living activities. Assistance tasks include; bathing, showering, dressing, grooming (shaving and hair drying), toileting, mobility with getting in and out of bed, mobility moving around the house, assistance with eating and meal preparation. Our fees start from $8.40 per hour. We provide services Monday through to Fridays. Moonee Valley City Council's support workers are all fully qualified and must undergo Police Checks on an ongoing basis. Please contact our office on 9243 1039 for further information.
