Phytness HealthCare at Movewell Hub offer a physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietetics, and podiatry service in the ACT / Canberra region. We will support you to maintain your independence by helping with mobility and function for the necessary activities of daily life.
Our exercise physiologists offer 1:1 exercise physiology consults in addition to group programs including falls prevention, balance, strength and conditioning programmes.
Our physiotherapists provide assessment and treatment for physical problems caused by injury, illness, disease and ageing. Physiotherapy management includes falls assessment and management; joint and muscle pain management; mobility assessment; home or group exercise programmes, hydrotherapy, provision of aids and equipment to meet individual client needs and support therapy plans. A podiatry and dietetic service is also available.
