UnitingSA offers Commonwealth Home Support Program services that assist older people and their carers to maintain their independence and support them to live at home and remain in their communities. We provide one on one social support, social groups and transport services. We have a specialty with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds and have bilingual staff that speak a number of other languages, we welcome the opportunity to assist you.
