Exercise Physiology group programs are delivered by Allied Health staff with experience in designing and delivering restorative care programs for older adults. The focus of each program will vary depending on individual client goals and may include one or more of the following: Reversing functional decline, avoiding or delaying higher levels of care, reducing reliance on community care, increasing life engagement and quality of life, and ageing well at home. Outcomes are achieved through a range of interventions including: falls prevention and minimisation, increasing strength and balance, nutrition strategies and education, and engagement in meaningful activities.
Arts Engagement programs are delivered by professional artists experienced in designing and delivering art-based, restorative care programs. Programs include creative movement and dance, visual arts, music and dramatic arts, and are available as community-based group programs.
