Catholic Healthcare are pleased to invite you to participate in the ‘Stepping On’ Programs across NSW all year round!
- This is an evidence-based program that is effective and proven to reduce falls in older people over the age of 65 who are living in the community.
- The program consists of 7 sessions held once a week over 7 weeks. To gain the most benefits it’s recommended to attend the entire program.
- Each session consists of exercises, falls prevention and health maintenance information.
- The program incorporates strategies to implement positive lifestyle changes to keep you independent, upright, and active.
- Stepping On reduces falls by 31% in the community.
