We offer a range of different classes, led by qualified instructors, to help you keep independent and healthy. Have a confidential chat with our staff to discuss your goals so we can assist you in finding a class that will best fit you. Plus, your first session at Balwyn Evergreen Centre is free! Each class is followed by a cuppa and a chat with your group and instructor. Classes range from gentle to moderate and active and suit all abilities. Current classes on offer are: Exercise to Music, Strength & Balance, Seated Exercise to Music, Strength Exercise, Men's Exercise, Meditation & Yoga, Tai Chi and Line Dancing.
