Provides hot meals 7 days per week at lunch time. Special Diets can be catered for. Frozen meal available for pick up or deliveries Monday to Friday. Clients can choose Frozen Meals from a Seasonal menu. Social Support Groups include Men's Group, Weekly Games morning, Social Bus Outings, Carers and Clients Social Support Group meets monthly on the third Wednesday at Young Services Club at 11.30 am and once every 3 months in Boorowa.
Weekly Social Interaction packs delivered and Home Visiting Services for Individual Social Support clients available including Wellbeing checks. To assist frail, older people to participate in community life and feel socially included through meeting their need for social contact and company.
