We believe older people should be valued and respected, connected to their communities and in control of their lives. Our support team works with you to individually tailor and coordinate a package of care that will support your lifestyle at home. We are able to do this while providing choice and flexibility in the way care and support is provided. Your Case Manager will work with you to understand your needs and what is important to you. Our Home Care Package consumers can choose to have services provided directly by Council’s Home Support staff, or from a range of external approved service providers. Only Whitehorse administered packages have access to our highly-trained, in-house support staff. We ensure care is consistent and of the highest standard, while remaining flexible to adapt to your individual needs.
