To provide entry-level support services to assist frail, older people 65 years and over (or 50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples) who need assistance with domestic chores to maintain their capacity to manage everyday activities in a safe, secure and healthy home environment while maximising their independence with a strong emphasis on wellness and reablement.
