Aqua Movers Group—Fridays 915am—130pm.
- Aqua Movers Group travel via Bus to the Benalla Aquatic Centre to participate in a water aerobic session.
Men’s Group—Monday fortnightly 10am—230pm.
- Men’s Group is specifically designed for men to develop new friendships and build community connections. Morning tea and lunch is provided
Spring Club—Wednesdays 10am—230pm.
- This group is for the less mobile, and each client may be picked up by the bus or drive themselves to Buckland Centre. Morning tea and lunch is provided
Thursday Social Group—Thurs fortnightly 1030am—230pm.
- This program is a mixed gender group that tailor’s the activities based on the interests and abilities of the members of the group. Morning Tea and Lunch is provided.

Mobility Movers—Tuesday 11am and Wednesday 2pm.
Circuit—Tuesday 1pm and Wednesday 9am
