Western Health offers nursing and allied health services for individuals and groups. We provide a multidisciplinary approach to care. Services are provided at our centres or in your home if required.
We offer Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Pathology, Counselling/ Social Work, Group Programs, Community Nursing, Wound Care, Health Coaching, Diabetes Education, Continence, Transport and Social Support.
