What Home Maintenance services do you offer?

Uniting AgeWell provides home maintenance services based on assessed needs that relate to a safety goals. Services include:
• Single story gutter
• Window cleaning
• Changing light globes & smoke alarm batteries
• Lawn mowing within 500 square meters of the home
• Essential pruning

Who is eligible for a Home Maintenance?

Uniting AgeWell is funded via the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) as such you will need to have a Home Maintenance referral from My Aged Care.

In addition all Home Maintenance services must be justified with an individual goal linked to improving safety, accessibility and independence within your home environment.

How much will it cost?

Uniting AgeWell charges $17.50 per hour plus the cost price of materials.
