We provide social support and activities to people in the Centre. This enables carers to have a break from their caring role, and for those who live alone to enjoy social interaction with others
Care is offered to the consumer on a daily basis, and support is available for the carer. Programs and activities are designed whenever possible to meet individual participant expressed wishes and identified needs.
We aim to promote each participant opportunity to maximise their capacity and quality of life through
Being consumer centered and providing opportunities for each consumer/participant to be active in addressing their goals
• Services and supports for daily living
• Focusing on retaining and regaining each participant functional and psychosocial independence
• Building on the strengths, capacity and goals of individuals.
Morning tea and lunch are provided at the centre.
