Community Calls: Our Community Calls service (previously known as Silver Cord) is a Queensland wide telephone reassurance service aimed at improving social connections. If you or a loved one are feeling lonely or isolated, or would just appreciate an extra check-in or chat during the week, our telephone services can help. We provide regular and pre-scheduled telephone reassurance services to suit your needs. All calls are made by friendly staff and volunteers, so you can look forward to a familiar and friendly voice on the other end of the line.
Home Visiting: Our home visiting services aim to improve social connections for those who may feel lonely, isolated, or would just like a chat or visit during the week. Whether you would like someone to just have a chat, have a coffee, or play a game, we are there with you.
