Community Calls: Our Community Calls service (previously known as Silver Cord) is a Queensland wide telephone reassurance service aimed at improving social connections. We provide regular and pre-scheduled telephone reassurance services to suit your needs. All calls are made by friendly staff and volunteers, so you can look forward to a familiar and friendly voice on the other end of the line.
Home Visiting: Our home visiting services aim to improve social connections for those who may feel lonely, isolated, or would just like a chat or visit during the week. Whether you would like someone to just have a chat, have a coffee, or play a game, we are there with you.
Accompanied Activities: If you need help to get out and about and stay socially connected to your community then we can help you attend the shops, medical appointments and leisure activities.(AVAILABLE IN SELECTED AREAS OF CABOOL REGION)
