Description

Meet new people, make new friends, and get involved in great social and recreational activities at our Social Support Day Centres in your local neighbourhood. If you or someone in your care is frail-aged or experiencing early-stage dementia, and if you live in the community (as opposed to residential aged care), you might like to come in and get involved in all the fun.
We provide transport, morning tea and a lovely hot lunch. The Social Support Day Centres are funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
