Vivir can provide physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics and speech pathology services directly to your home. Our Occupational therapists can assist to determine how we can help you to live in your home safely. This may include small additions to your home such as handrails and equipment to ensure you can continue to remain as independent as possible. Our Physiotherapists can provide exercises to improve balance, minimise risk of falls and improve your ability to mobilise and stay active in your community. Our dietitians will work with you to review your nutrition and provide advice as to how small changes to your diet can make a huge difference to your life and wellbeing.
