At Catholic Healthcare, we recognise that carers sometimes need a break from their caring role. Respite allows carers to take time out to recharge and rejuvenate. A few hours away giving carers a break can mean so much for their mental, physical and emotional health.

Our overnight option provides carers with short flexible breaks while you stay at one of our comfortable overnight centres (for up to three nights). There are plenty of activities on offer including wellness programs, quizzes and board games, music appreciation, discussion groups and group outings.
