Welcome to Northern Health Home Care Packages. Our highly skilled and dedicated team have been supporting individuals across the northern suburbs of Melbourne since 1988.
We offer a wide range of support services such as assistance with household activities (cleaning, gardening), personal care (showering, dressing) and health care (nursing, allied health).
These services will help you to be as independent as possible and remain connected to your family and community.
We believe in consumer-directed care, so a personalised package of support services is designed with you specially based on your care needs. The package is then coordinated by a member of our team of health professionals. Packages are flexible and can be adjusted as needs change over time.
We have a very experienced and talented team including nursing and allied health staff, some of whom are multi-lingual. Our team has the expertise to help you manage ongoing care issues and health conditions.
