Description

Elsie Salter House provides an inclusive specialist low and high care needs program designed to meet the individual requirements of people with dementia, memory loss and confusion. The service provides an opportunity for people to maintain their independence to remain living at home whilst enabling carers to take a break from their busy role. The program provides supported socialisation, stimulation, interaction, gentle recreation and community access opportunities. Quality care and understanding is paramount providing an opportunity to enhance quality of life, and at the same time, provide gentle support, information, guidance and referral services to both clients and family carers.
