Description

The Centre provides a range of social, education, and wellness programs. CHSP Entry level services. We offer Language specific conversation groups including German and Italian. A Greek speaking group meets Fridays for social connection and includes outings. Physical activity programs run weekly ranging from light to moderate intensity. These include Strength and Balance, Yoga, and Tai Chi. Other activities include scrabble, painting and drawing and dance fitness to name a few.
