The Healthy Lifestyle and Wellness program offers a choice of fun, interactive and supportive activities to improve health and wellbeing with the aim of keeping older people healthy and living in their own home.
If you’re having trouble with everyday tasks and feel that getting back into the community, or a little exercise and fun activities could improve your health and wellbeing, this program could be right for you. Some of the activities include Sports Ability, yoga in a chair, hydrotherapy, music/singing groups, craft groups, and information and exercise sessions.
