Come and join us on weekdays - Mondays: hatha yoga, knit and natter, indoor bowling; Tuesdays: bingo and trivia, monthly bus outings; Wednesdays: hatha yoga, monthly movie outings, monthly Bollywood Music, monthly dementia cafe; Thursdays: Feldenkrais, mahjong, canasta, Chinese seniors at Milsons Point; Fridays: gentle exercise, games and puzzles, sing for joy, armchair travel, ageing well information sessions; or one of our many special events (Seniors Festival, Xmas in July, Melbourne Cup) or simply drop in for a morning cuppa' and try your hand at the crossword.
