Description
Nursing care is the clinical care provided by a registered or enrolled nurse. Generally this care is directed to treatment and monitoring of medically diagnosed clinical conditions. The care can include recording client observations. Telehealth is the remote monitoring of a person’s vital health signs and symptoms in their own home. Providing clinical support to older people living in regional, rural and remote communities through the effective use of technology. It is intended to enable the older person to remain living in their own homes for longer by avoiding premature admission to residential aged care or unscheduled hospitalisation.
